I am trying to recover my PUBG Mobile account, but I received the following error when submitting the claim:
"Claim declined. Please file your claim using a regular device. (30400044)"
Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my original device (iPad Pro M2 11" 2022), which I regularly used to play the game. I kindly ask you to assist me with recovering my account despite this, as I am now using a different device.
