I bought 1500 uc but when i went to went claim the reward of buying 1500 uc in purchase gift it didnt show I bought exactly 1500 uc for the purchase gift of two mythics gems but when I went to go redeem it didnt show the 1500 it showed that I had boughg 1460 uc while I had boughg 1500 uc I have a screen recorded video to prove it

These are the rates i used to buy
First i bought the 60 uc
Then i bought 660 uc
Then i bought 720 u
Uc
Then i bought 120 uc
It was all within the span of after the purchase gift even started

Just today i bought the 660 uc first then came the 120 uc then came the 720 uc and i had bought the 60 uc a week ago
The first image shows how many UC you spent and the second image shows how many UC u purchased (without the bonus UC), With that information alone, I see no contradiction. If you have any further questions about your account purchases, feel free to contact the in-game customer service.
Ok then leave the contradiction alone can you not just simply monitor my accounts recent purchases

You will probably need to wait or simply try to solve it yourself with the knowledge of your purchase history and previous UC balance
Next time, I recommend that you buy the UC directly yourself to avoid any issues that we and customer service cannot help you with.

Which if you buy via seagm, you get a code and you redeem via midasbuy, it counts.
