Everything is delayed/buggy only on some accounts.

So i have 3 accounts and this problem occurs in my 2 alt accounts but my main is completely fine. I don't get how this problem is account associated. Also i searched on google and found that a person posted the exact same problem on one of his accounts 7 months ago in this server. I will also be attaching screenshots of his problem here. So the first thing i noticed was i couldn't 'Request to Join' my friend. It was not receiving on his end. When i invited him, then i was able to get in his party. And that too i could tell because it showed on the right tab otherwise i couldn't see him in the lobby unless i switched tabs (like click Home and then Play again) Second, when we queued, others were already in agent select whereas i was stuck in lobby (i could see my party members having 'In game' tag). It would only let me in when the counter was at like 30. And when the game would finish, we all would be in the lobby but we couldn't queue again for like 2 mins because it showed 'In game' for me even though i was in the lobby (i could see the in game tag myself). This problem only occurs on 2 of my 3 accounts. My main account works perfectly fine. (Yes, i also don't get how the problem is account associated). If it would've been some other problem i could've solved it. (And yes my internet connection is good, i have restarted the router, i have restarted my PC and these solutions were only applicable if the problem was on all accounts) If anyone has any information/solution regarding this, please do share I would appreciate it.
