Atmospheric fog is not disabled correctly (Minecraft 1.21.6)

A friend of mine has this issue (Nvidia RTX 3080),but I don't have this issue (GTX 1660 TI mobile) on the same modpack EDIT: I can reproduce it as well.
A temporary workaround is disabling atmospheric fog with Sodium Extra.
