IDEX motion, carriage 0 is correct, but carriage 1 is moving both

Getting the IDEX up and running, ran through the configurator for IDEX. But carriage 1 movement commands result in both moving diagonally. What did I miss? T0 move the correct distance and direction. T1 when ordered to move -10mm, both toolhead move towards each other and the entire rail moves towards the front of the machine.

if heads are moving diagonally, then a motor isn't turning when it should. Check pulleys

Both toolheads move by hand without moving the other. When I move in the Y direction I need to hold the heads to prevent them from moving. The motion is fairly stiff, but I don't remember if it is any different than from before. When I command movement in the Y direction, I get diagonal movement by the toolheads. Its a little frustrating as I have not changed any wiring and it was working before. I don't know what could have changed. Is there a diagram that shows which motors should turn with each motion direction? It feels like that would be the way to puzzle out the issue. What I'm not understanding is that there should be no Y axis movement for a commanded X move. IDEX should have that isolated. Found it. Since this machine started as CoreXY, the motor selections were a little different. In the Motion Configurator Motor 1 and 4 were swapped. So when it was trying to move T1, it was moving the Y motor instead. If you have this issue, check that the motor mapping is correct. Or maybe not completely fixed. X behaves as expected, but now Y is acting like it isn't driving the X motors during movement. I've check the configurator and it says IDEX is selected. Not sure what could cause this. REALLY found it this time. The Y motors were moving in reverse. Swapped them around in the config file and it now moves correctly.
