Did you reinstall the drivers or did you only enable the gpu
reinstalled
from Nvidia
Use ddu in safe boot to delete the drivers and reinstall again
whats ddu in safe boot? been having the same problem
DDU
https://www.wagnardsoft.com/DDU/download/DDU%20v18.1.1.1_setup.exe
To enter safe boot
Press windows key
Search msconfig
And open System Configuration
Head to boot tab
Check safe boot
Click ok and restart when prompted
First download the driver from nvidia site
Then proceed with ddu
Then install the driver
thank you so much @Icarus
I will try this method

That’s cause you deleted driver
Now Install the driver from nvidia
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/
NVIDIA
Download The Latest Official NVIDIA Drivers
Download the latest official NVIDIA drivers to enhance your PC gaming experience and run apps faster.
Enter your exact gpu model and download and install it
isnt it more recommended to install from laptop's brand website?
it is HP Victus
it didnt work
it showed
another issue

the game sometimes loads
but then gets
this issue
Try changing the game config file manually and forcing it to run in windowed mode
Okay
