The largest gap between my wardrobe and the inspiration I've been posting is in interesting tops, and it's also where I have the least idea of who (other than on occasion Paloma Wool or Baserange getting close) is producing this kind of stuff or where to look for it.
Primarily looking for stuff in off-white/natural, will consider black. Budget for any individual garment is <$150, and I'm more than willing to buy secondhand. Also interested in seeing stuff above that price point if it's inspiring or aspirational.
- Yes: Texture. Transparency. Good with ruching, some pleating, self-layering, or internal structure.
- No: pattern, lace, ruffles, bows, etc. Generally less interested in stuff with traditional menswear-style collars, and in knitwear
- Size: needs to fit 18" shoulders/33" waist (in most cases a women's XL). Prefer things that aren't cropped; no real preference on sleeve length or sleeves/sleveless
