Ticket response

Ive made a ticket and its been about like 20 hours and they havent responded is that normal? I know it takes up to 24 hours but usually they answer within a few hours. Is it bugged and I gotta create a new ticket?

Also Im using proton mail and I think its like bugged out im not receiving the email response
