HDR white flashing on mouse input in World of warcraft.

This is not only a Bazzite issue, I had the same problem on cachyOS, it is only with Plasma HDR enabled and the game in windowed fullscreen, if you swap to windowed it does not happen.
I have no idea how to fix this, no other games I tested have had this issue.
