"The best" way? Put the connector on a breakout PCB and solder it in.

oh they actually have 0 in stock in germany too.
I don’t mind soldering them one by one
even amazon delivers
Is it much easier to solder the ones with the tubes ?
Sure, get some nice solid core wire of a certain gage, pretin both ends of the cable plus the connector pin of the connector, one wire soldered onto each pin of the connector, the other end to wherever that end needs to go, or onto a male/female header pins.
