youtube is like
free
and reddit is where u can find the answers u need
yea but all of them dont show what i need to do before switching ot uefi to make sure i keep my files
uefi wont delete ur files bro
im pretty sure uefi is just an advanced version of bios
i thought js straight up switching it to uefi and not checking ur disk managment or changing legacy will delete ur files and not boot up windows correctly
u can access uefi through windows settings
just watch yt man or search up if uefi is safe if u dont trust me

Secure boot wonāt be a problem
If you do get any error it will be for tpm prob
okay
@Icarus i didnt have to do all that
what was the point of disk management
did u just help him increase his disk space or sum
No.
His bios mode was in legacy.
You cannot enable secure boot without converting to UEFI first.
I SEE
If you do enable secure boot while bios mode is legacy, it wonāt even boot into windows.
@Icarus do you think i should update to windows 11
im on 10
erm axtually š¤
it will boot
just
secure boot
wont work
:val_Okayge:
unless its gpt
To enable secure boot
You need to disable CSM
and boom
.
If itās Gpt it wonāt be legacy
:val_HUH:
hmm
why would someone have legacy on with gpt.
unless theyre from 2-13
2013
yes
dont listen to mfs who say "ohh windows 11 is bad"
its not that its bad
its their pc thats bad
