No display after waking from sleep & one monitor doesn't turn off when idling

Heyo! The last update, where the NVidia drivers were updated to 575.64 (not sure if this is directly related or not) has broken the Sleep and "Turn off screen after X minutes" functions, both of which worked correctly previously.

  1. When waking from sleep, the PC seems to turn on and the system makes the "something was disconnected" then "something was connected" sounds, however the monitors never turn on. I have tried the fix suggested in 🛟bazzite-helpBlack Screen After Sleep to no avail. Pressing the power button does nothing, so I have to use the reset button on the PC to be able to use my PC again. I have also tried turning the displays on and off and replugging them while in that state to no avail.
  2. After X minutes pass, both screens turn off correctly and enter "sleep", however after about 10 seconds or so one of my screens (the main display, not sure if related) turns on again and will stay on permanently. It is not a static image either, as for example cursors from text editors will continue blinking. Upon moving my mouse or pressing a key, the monitor in question will flash off and both monitors turn on correctly.
Extra hardware info besides fastfetch:
  • mobo is MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Carbon WiFi
  • GPU is Palit Gaming Pro
  • The monitor that is my primary display and the one that doesn't turn off is a Samsung LS27AG30; the other is a Dell S2419HGF
Again both of these issues are new with the latest batch of updates. Thanks for reading, hopefully someone can help ^-^
