Consistent De-Synchronization, Ping Issues with the squad.
I play PUBG Mobile with two friends in Spain and one friend in Kuwait. I’m based in Saudi Arabia and use STC fibre optic internet. In the game, my server is set to “Middle East” and the region is set to Pakistan.
My friend in Kuwait also uses the Middle East server, with the region set to Kuwait. Both of my friends in Spain has the Middle East server selected as well, with the region set to Pakistan.
The squad leader—the one who starts the matchmaking—is usually the friend from Spain.
Despite all of us having good internet connections and capable devices, we consistently experience the same issues: high ping spikes, item pick-up delays, and noticeable desynchronisation during gameplay, such as delayed enemy knockdowns.
Interestingly, the ping issues are mostly experienced by those of us in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. However, the delays and desync problems affect the entire squad—even the friend in Spain who has the lowest ping.
Can someone let us know what to do, this has ruined most of our gameplay's due to spike in ping or consistent delays, desynchronization. When I play alone without auto-matching, everything is quick such as knocking down and eliminating enemy in few bullets, or picking up items. It just feels so different.
Suggest us a way that all 4 of us could play the game together in a squad and play it smoothly without any De-Synchronisation, delays.

Hello, @Dani!
When all players on a team are from the same region and server, the game generally tries to match you to the closest server based on your location. However, if your team includes players from different regions, the selected server may be farther from some players, which can lead to higher ping for them. As a result, you or other players on your team may experience network-related lag. To minimize this, we recommend starting the match with the player who has the lowest latency and following any in-game prompts—such as switching the team leader if high ping is detected.

@Quendi
Did you checked the internet speed?
All above 100 MBp/s.
A wait, is your friend from Spain is a leader and you are lagging?

Hmm, why did you ping 3 mods for that?
You can wait patiently for response, not ping them.
@Dani that means 1 thing. If your friend is from Spain and it's a leader, they go to closest server from the player who's the leader. If your from Saudi Arabia that means it has poor connection because it's from Europe I can know.
So that means you are matched with a player who is in Spain and it's server is closest to the leader.
But if you are far away from the server that matches you to a player/friend who's leading from other country/continent that means your ping has tough time. That means you will be teamed with the player and the server who's closest to the player that's leading from Spain.
