if you haven't solved it try exiting full screen it happened to me too and it worked

Yes it works in windowed mode but I don't wanna okay in windowed mode and everytime I have to do the same f11 thing which is annoying

also you can just press f12 again for fullscreen it'll still work

when i did that (mine is a bit higher but it shouldn't matter) it stopped having those startup freezes and black screens
it can also be some other issue i only replied to this because i had something similar just yesterday
if it doesn't make it better idk
