I got banned for 13 days????

I hopped on valorant looking forward to playing a few matches and came to this message, before this ban i was playing and it kept kicking me out of the game and i tried reconnecting and every time i reconnected i couldn’t but anything or open the menu, after a few tries i just decided to leave valorant and go through with the penalty (knowing it wouldve been a few hours) and the day after this happened. My highest penalty was an hour and a half, any clue why this happened? And is there a way to appeal it even though i didnt do anything wrong.
