DASH trial version isn't working after installing in both Unreal 5.5 and 5.6
Hi team,
After time considering DASH video, I gave a chance to trial DASH before purchasing perpetual license. I faced the issue that after installing, I open Unreal and try DASH but nothing happened.
After loading DASH Foundation ready in Unreal, just nothing happened. I tried multi-click to DASH icon but it doesn't work. Just Unreal itself. Please take a look, the June Offer is nearly end. :(((

I also tried uninstall and re-install serval times. Include run as admin + disable firewall. But still nothing work.

Can you record your screen and try this?
Before clicking the Dash icon, can you open and pin the UE output log open and then try and open Dash? Hopefully I can see some messages in the UE output log🙏
P.S. We can extend the offer for you if we don't get this sorted quickly!

I'm back again, I tried to re-install Dash, still issue. I got some message at Output log but It's very long.
- I noticed that Dash try to access and write in OneDrive at C but I don't use anything in there
- At first click, the tutorial youtube show up. Ok with that
- But no toolbar of dash appear
My location of unreal and dash isn't C:
Wow, some magic happened @DanielFreden (Dash for UE5) and I don't how and why.
- After I leave Unreal around ~30mins, my screen flicking 2 times as they tried to install something in graphic.
- Then the Dash toolbar appear in magic and work as no issue @@
Now I will trial Dash, kind of late. Only issue now the UI of Dash toolbar is very small in 4k monitor
- I tried toggle scale but not correct solution.
-> Is there any way to scale UI of Dash toolbar bigger? My eye kinda weak 😦

Did you try the scale setting in Dash preferences you mean? (It had a bug, but can't remember if it is solved in public dash version or not)
And ye we can extend it, try dash a few days and let me know afterwards 👋

Got it, then it is in upcoming Dash 1.9.2 that it is solved properly with the scale settings.

I'm back and already tried the trial Dash, It's great. As I said, I will get the perpetual plan of Dash. Can I get the June offer extent ?

the manage license is only for paid licenses, not trials, so that's why it ain't working for you 🙂
