Account locked due to suspicious activity.
My account was recently compromised and managed to get it back using the recovery ticket. However, after i got it back, about 1 week later it got locked due to suspicious activity. I tried contacting riot support but could not find any category saying account locked due to suspicious activity, only game bans. I created a ticket using game bans category and they asked for some questions. Pretty much the same as the recovery questions. In the recovery forum I only provided like 3 screenshots, one from my bank app, one from my email and another from idk where since it has been some time since. However, trying to prove that im the owner of the account on this category is like impossible. I gave the same exact information as the recovery ticket where i managed to prove myself and added like 20 more screenshots from email recepts, paypal, bank app, riot tickets. After all of that it is still not enough. On top of that, every response feels like ai generated, at the end of the ticket they say i can ask anything and they will be there for me to answer, but when I ask they say that the information i provided in the response is not enough. It feels like the support is either not reading your tickets and don't care either they rely only on the questions asked which is dumb. What is more plausible, someone to get screenshots from your paypal, bank app and venmo or to forget the account creation date, first agent unlocked, first gun buddy.
