Can't click anything on launch/in lobby
Recently when I open the game I will get the loading cursor and can't click anything in the lobby and the video in the lobby is frozen. Sometimes when I alt tab i see it moving in the preview but once I focus on val it goes back to freezing and I can't click anything. Also did a clean uninstall of vanguard and deleted the riot folder and it still is giving me this issue

Relaunch the game and press alt + enter as soon as you see the loading screen
i pressed f11 thinking it was the same but lemme see

still getting the same issue of it freezing
i can hear audio tho
