False suspension / ban
Hello, I have a problem with a false suspension/ban and I would like to talk to a Riot Employee about this.
My account has been active since episode 5 and I have over 1.5K$ worth of valuables in my account. I have never encountered any kind of issue on this, but I was just recently banned for third party software and I have not had a problem since now.
I had played 11 games earlier and had no issue (I am on a current winstreak) and nothing had happened until after I got on again. If it helps, It said I was offline when I was very clearly in a game, and my friend pointed it out too. I really need help.
