@sevenrats Yes I think we'll get there this semester. What we need is true extensibility and we hard working hard on that. Once this is unlocked then anything will be possible on the platform 
I would say the biggest limiting factor for day-to-day Sales use-case on a bigger team today is the lack of charts (unless you self-host, then it's easy to plug any BI tool).
While we try to make the software look simple like Pipedrive, the backend/direction we're going is much closer to Salesforce (e.g. Pipedrive doesn't support things like Custom Objects which we've had for long in Twenty, because it's built in a more "hard-coded" way)
