Ipv6 support
why some devices using IPv6 timeout or very slow when calling API or connecting websocket? please give me solution.

This randomly started happening to me too I think. But its weird how it only started happening to me after a domain switch

It might be a network issue with certain providers, like BT/EE. Try disabling ipv6 support either via cloudflare api or have a user disable ipv6 support on their computer temporarily to test and see if they can stay connected longer

turn off ipv6 on the device it will work normally. but i want to ask the cause, is this a temporary problem?

The cause lies between the network providers and cloudflare. I don't work for them but I noticed u had a similar problem
