Yes, you can see the URI it's checking against via

I seem to be able to resolve fedoraproject.org.

Using cloudflare dns on my PiHole though, so perhaps it is something with Cloudflare?

Yeah. I haven't bothered looking too much into it but a quick probe shows some things timing out. Probably some caching/propagating issues working themselves out.

Should resolve in a few days. Otherwise you can always override the check via config in the meantime.

it's because the site it looks at to see if there's internet is itself down, but not the whole connection
