Paid for Pro Upgrade but Not Reflecting in Account

I've upgraded my domain to Pro but it has been about 24h now and it is still not reflecting in my account. What should I do?

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email. Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community. Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place. BTW I can't access the support portal to track my ticket Cloudflare - 01630744, since the server thinks I'm not a paid member and redirects me here.

Just to confirm, have you checked your email for anything from cloudflare? Hm, you should still be able to submit a billing ticket

Yes I was able to submit a billing ticket. Cloudflare - 01630744. But I can't access the ticket page or track it in anyway.
