my acc got ban and enter safe mode

i just bought new device and i change my acc email , after that my acc got ban for 7 day and enter safe mode . i only login my acc using email . i already make a report . i have all the proof . i want to play pubg but the system is really worst . how am i need to fix this thing ? i jst bought iphone 14 pro and login with it and got ban ? my old device already broken . this system really worst

If your account is on Safe Mode, please tap the "Go Remove" button and follow the instructions on the screen to remove it. If you are unable to do so, your only option is to wait until the specified date.
