New customer questions

Hello. We moved to enterprise version of twenty crm. Thinking about a year sub.
There are few important questions.
1) Is there support for paying users of crm? Where we can send questions or issues?
2) Are there any limits on crm usage?
Can we create in workspace million of records?
3) In Settings / Accounts I added email. And it is in status "importing" for about 2 hours. Is that ok? Can I reset process?
Also If it works ok, If I will be able only to see my inbox or I can also send responses? (In email section on site it is stated that you can not, but may be it is dated).
4) In case something happens or we move somewhere else - is it possible to get dump of our client database?
