New customer questions

Hello. We moved to enterprise version of twenty crm. Thinking about a year sub. There are few important questions. 1) Is there support for paying users of crm? Where we can send questions or issues? 2) Are there any limits on crm usage? Can we create in workspace million of records? 3) In Settings / Accounts I added email. And it is in status "importing" for about 2 hours. Is that ok? Can I reset process? Also If it works ok, If I will be able only to see my inbox or I can also send responses? (In email section on site it is stated that you can not, but may be it is dated). 4) In case something happens or we move somewhere else - is it possible to get dump of our client database?

Yes you have access to the front suppport accessible from the cloud solution by clicking on support We do prioritize cloud related issue

Indeed you can create huge amounts of records cc @Félix for a more precise answer

Unless I'm mistaken you cannot reset the process. It might be taking some times especially if you import a huge amount of emails cc @Guillaume

You won't be able to answer email directly from twenty ( at least outside of workflows where you can indeed use the send email node )
4) In case something happens or we move somewhere else - is it possible to get dump of our client database?
You can export any table views as csv, using cmd+k Hoping this answers most of your questions ! Feel free to ask for more details

@prastoin Thanks for response! Gmail inbox was eventually imported, and possibility to look through clients emails is great. Though there is lack of option to send response right there. May be you could drop an insight, how other users of Twenty crm solve this inconvenience and send email to target client? Not big listings, but cases where you see in People that there is new message from client and you want to reply him?

It might be taking some times especially if you import a huge amount of emails cc @Guillaume * Yes it can take some time. since we process around 200 messages per minute, if you have 12.000 emails, your account may take about 1h. and so on. - you can do it using the reply button, this opens a direct link in gmail. - [more advanced] you can also setup a workflow to send an email directly in twenty
