On a flat earth, all stars should be visible no matter which area you stand in.
I'd like to hear if there is some solution or reason if this claim is not true.

why would all stars be visible?
more distant stars will appear at a lower angle so eventually the angle will be unresolvable, there is light attenuation in the air meaning the light can't go through it forever. lots of reasons that have nothing to do with a globe/flat earth for not being able to see all stars
whether the ground curves or not, the framework your eyes work within does not change, the ground below does not magically change perspective. everything converges to the vanishing point, including stars
