Hi everyone, with 20 years of experience

Hi everyone, with 20 years of experience in Salesforce, this is by far the most interesting project I've encountered, which has the potential to disrupt the Salesforce monopoly significantly(I am not exaggerating). I am seeing a lot of chatter about a few missing functionalities in Twenty. I want to add to that list and also understand the team's thoughts on it. I was wondering if we have any plans in the roadmap to create custom UI pages. What I mean is the ability to create a page (similar to Visualforce, LWC components, or even Screen Flows in Salesforce) where we can display or collect information from different objects in one place. This becomes particularly important when using specific domains, such as Finance or Retail, where end-users interact with their customers on the call and collect information from them. Having everything in place makes it easier. It also opens up the door for creating custom functionalities within the CRM.

Hey @Vik, yes for sure ! https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/1136 At the end of Q3 we should have introduced the first version of twenty custom layout. In the future ( can't give exact ETA here ) you will be able to build your own custom or community provided widgets to be integrated in your custom layouts through plugins for example Let me know if I can provide any further information

Thanks @prastoin - that's exactly what we want. Do we know what will be covered in the Custom Layout at the end of Q3?

As we've just started the quarter, issues are not very verbose right now, sorry about that. Still in progress but unless I'm mistaken that's what we can expect from custom layout v1 end of Q3: The main goal is to setup everything server side in order to migrate all existing elements to idiomatic widgets ( component of a layout ) It will be technically possible to create and import custom layouts and widgets through the API, but limited from the UI -> not highly editable but small interactions such as tab and field re-ordering for non tech profiles for instance. @Raphaël will have more information than I on the subject exactly ! ( when he comes back from holidays ⛰️ )
