Valorant Vanguard issue/Computer keeps crashing when i open Valorant

I opened Valorant and went into the range and a message appeared saying something about vanguard configs changing and that i needed to restart. I pressed ok and it opened up this link in microsoft edge; https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/22291331362067-Vanguard-Restrictions . I tried opening valorant again since i played valorant yesterday and all the methods on the website involved going into bios or changing some setting of some sort (also my windows is updated) and my laptop crashed. I followed the steps though listed checking my TMP, whether my bios is in UEFI and if secure boot is on, and all of those seem to be correct.
But for the step involving enabling IOMMU (step 4) I am a bit stuck as my BIOS menu does not say anything about IOMMU in the advanced tab, also i read somewhere that VD-d is the same as IOMMU and in the advanced tab it is already set to enabled (also i know like nothing about BIOS im just following the steps in the article) does that mean im cleared for that step?
Also i checked step 5 where i need to enable HVCI/VB S and it says page not avaliable, and on the article it says that the BIOS Virtualization is disabled, how to I enable this?
