Urgently need a starter kit

Does anyone know if there are any reputable boilerplate/templates for supabase auth and data storage? i need to create an admin dashboard by monday for work as a low/barely mid level developer and a template would save my life rn, i tried to use the nextjs supabase starter but im not sure if it works for what i need because it uses the protected folder instead of dynamic routing/id
