Production down after enabling custom domain - need help urgently
Hey everyone, hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction.
I just enabled a custom domain for my project and immediately everything went down. Not just the custom domain - my original supabase.co URL is dead too. Even the Supabase
Dashboard can't connect to my database.
Getting 500 errors on everything - /auth/v1/user, /storage/v1/bucket, all the /rest/v1/* endpoints. Dashboard just says "Connection terminated due to connection timeout".
This feels similar to the Dec 5th API Gateway incident, but worse - that one said "DB connections were not affected". Mine are completely unreachable.
I've submitted ticket SU-301587 but got the 1-2 business day response and I have live websites down right now.
