Solution
I gtg soo I’ll just tell you the steps
Once you’re in bios
Go to boot tab
Disable CSM Support (if it’s already disabled, go to secure boot)
Save and exit bios
And enter bios again
Then boot tab > secure boot
Enable secure boot
Change secure boot mode to custom
Click on restore factory Keys
Click YES when asked to install factory defaults
Click NO when asked to reset without saving
Then check msinfo32 if secure boot is on
Once you’re in bios
