SSD and games Issues

Hello, I am trying to fully switch to Linux on my desktop and admittedly I am very novice to linux. I intend to pretty much use it for gaming only and so far Bazzite checks a lot of great boxes for me and I like a ton about it. I am struggling to use it in practice though and am being challenged by some issues and would greatly appreciate some help. I finally got my 4tb SSD to auto mount using the documentation into a folder that is accessible by my user. I can see that I can view and modify content. I downloaded about 10 games just fine and was playing them but now anything I try to download just says disk read error or corrupted update files in Steam. It will download the whole thing and then fail afterwards on final install steps. Also when I was playing a game that was downloaded, all of a sudden the game crashed and then that SSD was no longer mounted. After a complete shut down and restart it showed up again and remounted as if nothing happened but now I'm in this loop where I can't download anything to it because it fails at the end. I am not sure if these other issues I am having are related but I have had pretty frequent crashes in games like Elden Ring and Dune Awakening. I'll be running around and then instant close and I'm at my desktop. Also my other applications will just close sometimes too. I will be actively looking through the steam store or my profile and then randomly it will close. Discord and Firefox has had this happen as well. Lastly sometimes it just freezes and system locks. Everything that was displayed is frozen; I try to wait a while (~10 min), I try escaping, I try any commands I find, nothing works besides a hard reset. These issues are making it hard for me to enjoy the things I really am liking about this operating system and I am open to any idea and thoughts that may help! I appreciate anyone who takes the time to share their ideas. My system specs are: Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU XFX Speedster 7900 XTX AMD GPU 64GB (4x16) of Crucial Pro series 6400Mhz ram (running at 6000 as I was having stability issues running higher) 500GB Samsung 970EVO M.2 SSD (3rd gen) boot drive Crucial P3 Plus 4TB PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD Corsair RM850x power supply.

On the dolphin file explorer Right click on each of both the SSD's and share screenshots of properties dialog here

Your build sounds awsome. Try running a test on your ssd to verify its imtegrety, could just be a faulty unit, or the ports damaged Try doing a stress/speed test aswell.
