cant flash firmware on MacOS

I made a new zmk keymap, and everytime I try to drag and drop it into the NICENANO drive or even move it with the terminal, I get this error: The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “corne_left nice_view_adapter nice_view-nice_nano_v2-zmk.uf2” can’t be read or written. (Error code -36)

It sounds like you're encountering a known issue with macOS Finder (Error code -36) when trying to flash your nice!nano. This error typically occurs on macOS version 13.0. The solution is to upgrade your macOS to version 13.1 or later. While your computer may report an error, you can often ignore it, and the firmware will still flash correctly. For detailed steps on flashing, please refer to our firmware installation guide: https://docs.typeractive.xyz/build-guides/corne-wireless/firmware#installing-firmware If you continue to have trouble after updating macOS or if the firmware doesn't flash despite the error, please reply here for further assistance!

I asked on the zmk studio and got an answer from user honorless:
Typeractive assumes you will use ZMK Studio to edit your keymap. You might want to read over the Studio feature page, but the short of it is that once it's been enabled your keymap is saved just like your pairing information, and reflashing with new firmware won't update it. If you can get into Studio, you can use "Refresh Stock Settings" from within the Studio UI to update the saved mapping with what you flashed. If you can't get into Studio or don't want to bother trying, you'll need to build and flash the settings_reset shield to clear out the saved keymap. If you don't intend to use Studio at all, you should disable it by doing the opposite of the "how to enable it" instructions.
all I had to do was restore the stock settings inside zmk studio and then try flashing. I think typeractive should include this in the docs because the only answer I found on the forums was some guy saying I need a windows laptop
