Hello I'm sending a message to discuss my permanent ban from valorant which I find unfair, it's been several months since I was banned from the game, (since January 1st), the night was new year's eve and a friend asked me to play on my account (on his computer) I told him yes it was the party so it didn't bother me. After 2-3 games he was banned for cheating, he had a software that was detected as a third party program according to the game but he played in front of several people and everyone affirms that he didn't cheat. Think that even if I had cheated a permanent ban is an excessive sentence, and that now I won't do it again. I ask you to understand me, imagine letting your friend play on your account and getting banned from the game permanently, understand me I didn't do anything and I ask you to believe me.
I know that some people lost their RR against my friend, so I was wondering if you could withdraw the RR that my account got from those few games and give them back to the players who lost.
I didn't do anything wrong, that's why I'm sending this message, I think it's unfair and I'm asking for your compassion.
