Cpu: Ryzen 5 5500U, 6 cores, 12 threads, base clock 2.1GHz
GPU: Radeon Vega 7
8GB RAM
it's a laptop and I want to know If I can use bazzite for gaming too

Yes you can. Don't expect miracle game performance, but it will work fine. Pick other laptop and modern amd gpu. kde or gnome according to your preference. Say yes for a steam gaming mode experience or no if you want it to be a classic desktop experience.
what's the difference between KDE or gnome?
How the menus and interfaces in the desktop work and look. KDE is more like windows, Gnome somewhat more like macos.
