Strange intermittent tool use failure
I’ve noticed this a few times but it’s incredibly intermittent and seemingly random. It does make me worry about it in production though.
When my agent tries to call a tool it gets the name wrong.
For example just now it seems to have intended to call a tool named ‘getRolesTool’ but actually tried calling ‘getRolesToool’.
The triple ‘o’ version is not referenced anywhere in my code or the prompts.
If I clear the chat and as exactly the same prompt again, it gets it right.
