That is not the correct log. Please provide the log for the game. Make sure, also, that verbose logging is enabled in the game's settings page.

this is the correct i suppose, https://0x0.st/8Gcp.log.
and this with the verbose logging enabled https://0x0.st/8Gc4.log
Install the Windows version instead. Seems the Linux one is just a wrapper around the Windows executable using (I assume an ancient version of) Wine

i tried it and happened exactly the same thing
Gonna need a new game log then

here you are https://0x0.st/8GTx.log
You'll have to use https://github.com/pythonlover02/Proton-Sarek on your setup, as both of your GPUs only support Vulkan 1.2

although i created the directory and copied the folder there in steam settings a) there is no option "Enable Steam Play for all other titles" and b) in the dropdown menu i don't see Proton-Sarek

Are you in the same situation as OP?
exotic-emerald•3mo ago
yes
i'm the OP
Right, just not gonna question why you're switching accounts here
Move the folder into
/home/aris/.config/heroic/tools/proton/
(you should see GE-Proton-latest
there already), then restart Heroic. No need to do anything in Steam
After that, open the game settings & set -Sarek as the Wine Versionexotic-emerald•3mo ago
because i dowloaded the app instead of the webpage of discord and entered on my fury with different credentials
still no luck https://0x0.st/8GmE.log
Assuming this "Drauger OS" is still similar enough to standard Ubuntu, follow this to install Vulkan drivers: https://github.com/lutris/docs/blob/master/InstallingDrivers.md#amd--intel

i had Ubuntu and the game played in native edition fluently
Vulkan drivers don't come pre-installed on Ubuntu as far as I remember, so you'd have to have done this at some point there too for the game to work
Alternatively you could've been using Wine's Direct3D -> OpenGL translation, but that's less accurate & slower. It's better to use DXVK in the long run (especially in case you're planning on playing other games)

no, i did nothing. it played in Ubuntu without any problems from the beginning. if i remember it was 24.04 LTS
now i think nothing changed https://0x0.st/8GmF.log
still no play
Did the packages install correctly? Did you reboot as the docs say?

you are correct. the result was this

Right, they set their own release codename & thus can't install Ubuntu PPA packages
I don't know how you'd install Vulkan drivers in that case then. Perhaps ask on their Discord server: https://discord.gg/JW8FGrc

do you know if i try lutris instead of heroic if it is possible to play it? or will stuck in the same problem?
You'll need Vulkan drivers no matter what. The one workaround I could think of here would be Flatpak Heroic (since that comes with its own drivers), but I'm not sure if Flatpak will install drivers if the host ones are missing outright

thanks for your help
