Stuck on steamdeck screen with no internet

First boot it didn’t automatically go into gaming mode i installed my VPN and setup the killswitch. Well it booted into gaming mode the second time and now it won’t let me set it up cause i need internet which i don’t have cause of the kill switch, witch i can’t turn off because you need the internet to finish setup.

Am i bricked?
