Front of bed higher then back

I recently noticed the front two z rail extrusions had come a bit loose after around 1700 hrs of print time so I took the side panels off and tightened them. Ever since doing so I noticed my bed meshes are higher in the front of the bed then the rear. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

Solution:
This is normal as your X axis goes down with time/temperature. Making this taco shape that goes sloped down. As when your X is sagging downwards, like in here, the REAR z tilt will go slightly down to compensate so the triangle is flat (the 3 points of z tilt). Making the appearance as if your Y rails are going downwards while, in reality they are not....

Easy "fix" is to use your hands, and slightly LIFT UPWARDS in the middle of your X rail. Then re do z home, z tilt, and then bed mesh.

Thank you for that explanation! I tried what you mentioned and the mesh came out much better, I was afraid something was skewed after I snugged everything up.

No worries man! This on large printers is unavoidable with heat and overtime it will sag again. It's just Important to know why it is happening. Cheers.
