My Pubg mobile account was stolen in this way. My email address was accessed and my connections were stolen. I wrote to the Pubg mobile Türkiye support line. They did not help me except informing me. Please help me.

You can only submit an account recovery request through in-game and through the community support form. There is no other way or special means for the account recovery process.
Quendi is right that’s what happened to me but I got my account back within 7 days if that account is really yours then you can get it as like me
