Console Signup KO
Hi,
First post here so please excuse myself if it's not the right place to ask this.
I'm trying to signup to the web console (https://app.crowdsec.net/signup) but I keep getting a 500 error.
Is there a planned maintenance on this page ?

Should I send an email ? I suppose I can find the email address on the crowdsec web page ?
yeah send an email from the email you signed up with to
support@crowdsec.net and ill look into itThe thing is that I can’t signup because of the error 500. 😅
So do I send the email with the email address I want to sign up with ?
so are you signing up with SSO or username/email + password?
I simply can’t access the webpage.
https://app.crowdsec.net/signup just show me a 500 error I can’t even try to signup.
ahh, okay anything useful in the console dev tools? plus can you message me your region cause we had this problem with eastern countries last week
I hadn’t thought about the dev tool console. I’m in France.
I can’t test again right now. As soon as I can, I send you a picture of the console.

This has now been resolved. If you think this is a mistake please run
/unresolvePutting this post as resolved because for whatever reason It works normaly now.
I didn't change anything, just tried and the webpage showed up normaly
Sorry was meant to ping you, turns out when I contacted the team they already fixed it 5 minutes before I messaged them
No problem, the important thing is that I managed to signup. Thank you for your support.
