How do I get the YouTuber Role
Are there any requirements?
Or do I need to have the “Influencer” or “Ultimate Influencer” Title in game?
And if yes, then what are the requirements for those?

There is no ''YouTuber'' role in this server. The content creator role is for the members who are part of the PUBG MOBILE content creation program.
The content creators for the content creation program are selected at PUBG MOBILE's discretion. You'll be contacted if they believe that you're eligible. This is not something you can apply for....
