Sonic Mega Collection not being in full screen
The game runs in a lower resolution than normal and I see it smaller.
(Windowed and full screen does quite the same)

Is there any game argument for rezising to full screen (I don't care about quality loss, because it's 16 bit game)

in most systems you can do something like alt+enter or f11

Hi, I think I Might have found a fix, it's for the 2006 version, which might be the same as yours, I guess there is no harm in trying. This website https://gamebanana.com/tuts/14900 mentions a setting file created in the user folder AppData\Roaming/SEGA/MegaCollectionPlus.
I found it in Prefixes - Default - Sonic mega colection plus - drive_c - users - Your Name - AppData -Roaming - SEGA -MegaCollectionPlus - SETTING.INI opening it in textedit and changing mode from 0 to 3, according to the website it should give you 1152x864. The user name "your name " should be your user name. I hope this can be of some help.
