I can't get into the game.
I'm stuck at the login screen. I used to be able to play normally, but after uninstalling and reinstalling the game, this issue started. I don't know why it's happening—my internet connection is fine, and my account hasn't been banned.
I tried emailing Riot support, and they replied:
_'I'm afraid that as of now, our team is still unable to provide support for VALORANT on consoles. Currently, VALORANT Console hasn't officially launched in Vietnam.
Therefore, we can't offer more detailed guidance or provide potentially inaccurate information, as that might affect your gameplay experience. We hope you understand.'
