PLS HELP LAG ISSUE!!!

Ever since the beginning of this year, when ever I play valorant I start lagging and reaching up to 980 ping. It is not my internet because no other game is lagging nearly anywhere as close as I do when I play this game. I dont know what to do and I have tried everything the internet has told me to do. Nothing has worked and it is making the game unplayable because my bullets do no damage.
