The chance is too high imo. The chances for disco bee and I think queen bee are already extremely low (I forgot how low the chances are but I think both chances are lower than 1%)
And if you use this pet in a server full of people with good pets like raccoons, disco bees, queen bees and whatever else is good rn then the chances of getting this pet should be like…1/500,000 chance maybe.
