So, any other mods installed besides Distant Horizons?

You should send your
latest.log file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are usually located in the .minecraft/logs directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs

fixed it it was from this weird mod ðŸ˜
Seems like Distant Horizons' incorrect LOD placement is caused by the altered world height information caused by this mod I assume.
