[CLOUD_PROD] No E-Mails from twenty
Hi there,
we're currently not receiving any system emails from Twenty – including sign-up confirmation, password reset, and appointment booking notifications. I've tested this with two different german email providers (Hetzner and Mittwald), but none of the messages are arriving.
We’re very interested in using your solution, but this issue makes it a bit hard to get in touch. I’d really appreciate the chance to speak with someone from your team.

In case you're self hosting have you followed the https://twenty.com/developers/section/self-hosting/setup#email-configuration docs section ?
No no, I meant the hosted Version. I don't receive E-Mails. No Error, no E-Mail in the Spam-Folder.
Have you configured your SMTP information in the
twenty-server
?Sorry for the confusion — there is no issue with my server.
The problem is that I created a workspace, but I’m no longer able to access it because I can’t validate my email address. Could You please help me resolve this or let me know what steps I need to take?
We're talking about the hosted Version of twenty
From my understanding you're telling me that twenty-server and worker aren't emitting any emails -> which could come from a SMTP misconfiguration of your self hosted instance
If it's not related to twnenty then the problem might come from your email provider ? Have you tested using a gmail address for instance ?
I meant the hosted Version.I'm confused, are you using the cloud service ( your-app.twenty.com ) or self hosting ?
Yes I'm using die cloud service. And I can't access it anymore, because I don't receive e-mails to validate my e-mailadress. I'm sorry that this is confusing, it is such a basic problem of the cloud service.

You don't have access to your mail box anymore ? Or aren't you receiving twenty emails only ?
just no emails from twenty and I tested two providers. I tested it by creating another new workspace. And like the first, I didn't receive any mail from twenty at all.

At the moment waiting for the user to send me an email from the unverified email to manually set as verified in database, hoping this would help the investigations
Do you have any possible root cause in mind or fix to apply ?
sorry I've been on vacation for a few days. So I'm back again. I think to validate my Account is not a fix. Maybe you have any idea what I could change?

That's what I receive after sending you an email ( response to yours )

Looks like this might be a whitelist issue on your side ?
As emails sent from twenty app are uder felix@twenty.com
