Unable to launch Genshin Impact

After successfully installing the whole game through the launcher, I am unable to launch it properly. It seems to have been a matter of luck whether after hitting the play game button in genshin impact's launcher will actually launch the game or not. And since now, I have tried using the fixing feature both in the launcher and in heroic, changing proton version, reseting cache and nothing seems to work
