Migration failing - postgres role does not have access to set supbase_auth_admin role

I have a dev working on a windows machine. Not sure if this is relevant as the rest of us are working on Macs.

He installed supabase fresh today and is unable to run our migration.

In the migration we are doing the following:
- Creating a new schema
- Granting all privileges on the new schema to supabase_auth_admin.

It looks like the postgres user does not have access to do that.

If we try to do:
SET ROLE supabase_auth_admin;
It states the postgres user does not have sufficient privileges.

He is unable to continue in the migration.

Any help is appreciated!
